Refund Policy
Tickets purchased through GatherTix Solutions Inc may be refunded only if the refund request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time. Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of the event start time may not be eligible for a refund. Refund approval may also depend on the event organizer's policy and payment status. Overpaid refunds are handled by the event organizers.
Card Return Policy
Card payments processed through Stripe are refunded to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on the customer's statement, depending on the card issuer. Event organizers initiate these refunds through the GatherTix Solutions Inc admin dashboard, and the refund amount follows the organizer's refund policy outlined above.
