Platform Use

GatherTix Solutions Inc provides digital event ticketing.

Users agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are subject to organizer approval and event availability.
• Tickets may not be duplicated, resold unlawfully, or transferred fraudulently.
• QR codes are valid for one-time event entry unless otherwise specified.

Event Organizer Responsibility

Event organizers are responsible for:

• Event accuracy
• Event safety and compliance
• Refund handling where applicable
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

GatherTix Solutions Inc acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for event outcomes, cancellations, or organizer conduct.

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by the event organizer unless otherwise stated.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Platform Availability

We may update, suspend, or modify services at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

GatherTix Solutions Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, and content remain the property of GatherTix Solutions Inc unless otherwise stated.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
